Hi guys,

When I attempt to apply a design template to a presentation the templates do
not appear in the Task Pane!

I am able to hover over the placeholder where the template should be and
click and apply it etc. but the template itself is not visible in the pane.

Has anyone encountered this before, or know how to solve it?

Many thanks.

Have a look here:

This used to be a fairly commonly reported problem but we haven't seen so much
of it lately.  I'm wondering whether a recent Office update fixed it.  You
might want to start PPT and do Help, Check for Updates.
