Insert file name field in note page footer

I want to have the file name automatically update in note page footer.

Unfortunately, PowerPoint doesn't do this.  You'd have to manually edit the
footer text.

If you drop me an email I'll send your our free addin to do this
automatically (It does handouts too). Please include the version of
PowerPoint you have.
