Is it possible that I can automate the drawing of a line. For example: in my
pp, I want a line to be drawn between two points automatically, as if
information was being sent from one to another, as in an interface. Is this
possible?

Ryan,
Why don't you use the wipe animation effect, select the line, go to custom
animation task pane, click add effect, entrance, wipe, from left/right
whichever appropriate, animate on click.
