Making a PPT presentation available for client download from an FTP site.
Presentation includes 4 video clips.   How do you lock in the embedding so it
is not lost when it is downloaded?

Zip the folder with the videos and PPT file and put that up on the FTP site.

You might want to run Package for CD and package to a folder to resolve all
the links before you do that. Just opt not to include the PPT Viewer.

Zip the presentation with video files in one package, and I recommend WinZip(
http://www.winzip.com) or WinRAR(http://www.rarlab.com/).

Maybe you can package all files as one EXE file or Flash files for those who
don't have PowerPoint installed. And if you like to do so, I recommend tools
such as  PPT2Flash(http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash.html).

:-)
