PowerPoint2007 Autofit Text to TextBox Option

Does anyone know if there is a way to force PowerPoint 2007 to remember that
you want all your texts to shrink font to fit in your text boxes without
having to go to Shape Properties every single time on every single slide to
do this?

Right click > set as default text box??
