I saved a presentation 2007 to dvd but it only played the music, no slides.
Another time I couldn't save it to a dvd.  The movies contents were 3.5 gigs
and the dvd was 4.7 and it said it wouldn't fit.  Can you help me?  Thanks

Hi,

What method did you use? Did you Package to DVD, which would put the
PowerPoint Viewer on the DVD. or did you use some other method, or software?

That means you want burn PowerPoint to DVD,
Right?
Seem that are so many suggestions when search through the website.
But,
if you use this tool, I believe this process can be a Piece of cake
Besides, you can make your DVD menu, so you can control the Playing
after converting.

You can learn more about it before you have a try:

Combine multiple PowerPoint presentations so that you can watch them
together, sounds like a good idea and why not burn them to on DVD
disc!
use some tool like Acoolsoft PPT2DVD (I recently found out), you can
burn about 8 PowerPoint presentations to a DVD disc, and watch them on
TV with a remote controller, what's more important: you can customize
your DVD menu.

Hi
Could you tell me what program did you use to burn PowerPoint to DVD?
Is it Wondershare PPT2DVD from http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com ?
If it is PPT2DVD, you should contact their technicians for help.

If not, how do you burn a PowerPoint presentation to DVD?
As i know there is no way to burn a PowerPoint to DVD without third
party tools

Thank you Glen, Alex and bubble but I could not get it to work.  I have tried
so many different way and get so many different results.  I packaged for cd,
used powerpoint videop maker, pp2dvd, alcohol.  These were trial programs I
downloaded.  I was hoping to do it so I could write back and tell you exactly
how I did it.  I come so close.  I will either get pictures on the dvd player
or just music and I have thrown away so many cds.  I am still trying because
my presentation came out nice.  Then sometimes it won't let me copy to a cd.
I have gotten it to work in windows media and then I can't get it to fit on a
cd or dvd and I even cut some slide out.  Thanks.  I am still trying.  If you
can give me step by step instructions it would be appreciated.  God bless.

The file says 65.7 megabytes and the cd is 700 mb, the file says 4.5
gigabytes and the dvd says 4.7 gb.  Now it tells me it cannot copy the file
too the "d" drive.  I have copies the presentation to the dvd drive before
but only got music or pictures.  I can get it to convert from the ppt2dvd and
it goes to windows media and play music and the video comes up also.  I have
converted with the AVI, WMV and the MPEG.  I have used different settings ie:
dvd ntsc mpeg2, 800 and video mpeg2, etc.  The AVI setting's file is 4.5 gb,
the mpeg is over 600mb so I figured it should at least fit on the dvd but it
won't.  I gives and error for both cd and dvd.  I even downloaded a decoder.
Can anyone help me step by step.  I am trying to do this with the tools I
have and not spend anymore money.  Thanks
