creating a slide in powerpoint with company logo as watermark

If anyone can help I would like to add my company logo as a watermark to my
slides in powerpoint presentations.

Simon,
Go to View - Master - Slide master, insert your logo, select it and go to
Format - picture, on the picture tab click next to colour and choose
washout.
