How can I print white font on a clear label? I have created a text box in
powerpoint and I want to print white letters on a clear substrate. Powerpoint
(or my printer) is recognizing the white fonts and printing no color as if it
was white paper. The labels come out of the printer blank.

Tim D,

This can be difficult to get your head around.... but a good 95% (made up
figure) of printers do not print white.

They have no white ink - only black and color.

They rely on the 'white' being on the media you are printing on.

There are some specialist printers that do print white - but very rare.

Perhaps try putting a simple black outline around your white text (or a nice
drop shadow)

cheers
