is there a custom animation for stretching an image in a slide?

Not "growing".  I want top right corner of image to be the anchor point and
stretch animated gif to fill slide.

Based on Shawn's sample I've also uploaded a picture stretching to fill the
screen. The picture of Carol is a filled shape so you could just use format >
shape to change the fill to your gif and away you go!
