Open an existing presentation having hyperlinks (the hyperlinks are located in the same folder of the main presentation (say it is in My Documents)). 2. File -> Save As -> to any other folder (say to Desktop) Now, PowerPoint is trying to locate the hyperlinks from the Desktop(which is originally located in My Documents). In PowerPoint XP and 2003, the path of the hyperlinks automatically changes when we save the presentation to another folder.
