Hi,

Please be advised as follows:

1.    I am after a high quality animated PPT that explains a complicated
[technical] issue elegantly, creatively and concisely:
a.    The presentation should include animation & / or audio
3.    I would need permission to use the PPT as an external / 3rd party example
of how PPT is being used to effectively explain complicated issues

The reason for this unusual request is due to the lack of my advanced PPT
skills & tight timeframes I am working to.

Thanks in advance for your assistance & please do not hesitate to contact me
with any additional questions.

Are you seeking to hire someone?  Or would you like some sites that show
these concepts you've described?

Either way, off the top of my head:
