Hello everybody,
i am using office 2003 on Windows Vista on my new notebook.

I have this strange problem that i never had before:

when i select a shape or another item in Ppoint, the shape slightly moves.
This is a real mess even more when I hold ctrl to select more than one
shape... in this case the shapes move and duplicate themselves...

I thought this was a problem with my mouse, but changing mouse or using
touchpad do not help..

anyone has a suggestion?

thanks a lot

Hi Encio,
This is the answer given by Shawn Toh some time ago to a similar question,
see if it helps for you:
"Go to My Computer > C: > Program files > Microsoft Office > Office 11.
Look for POWERPNT.exe.
Right click on POWERPNT.exe and select properties.
Select the Compatibility tab.
Put a checkmark on "Disable desktop composition".
Click Ok.
Now, open PowerPoint.
You should get a message saying the color scheme has changed to Windows
Vista Basic and some visual elements are disabled temporary.
Try and see if it works this time round. "
Worth a try.
