First step is make sure all updates have been applied. You should have SP2
(service pack 2) installed.

This is a known problem with Office 2003. It was broken out of the box.
You must apply the service packs to Office. Once you have done that, your
problem will be solved.

You need to get *Office* up to SP2. On individual computers, you can choose Help,
Check for Updates and follow the bouncing ball from there. That'll probably take
you to SP3, just released recently.
