Screencaps of PPt show

When I take a screencap in slideshow mode I get black bars across the top and
bottom of the screen, i.e. slide show mode doesn't occupy the whole screen.
Any ideas?? Thanks

1) Crop the screenshots after making them

2) Set your computer display to something proportional to the Page Setup of your
PPT shows before making the screenshots
