I have a .mov file that I want to use in a Powerpoint 2007
presentation but it does not appear to be an option to insert. On the
PC apple quicktime viewer is installed.

Does anybody know how to add a .mov file to a presentation and allow
it to be viewed within the presentation instead of loading up
separately the apple quicktime application?

You can't insert MOV files into the PC versions of PowerPoint. But you can
start it in the Quicktime Viewer with an Action.

Best regards,
Ute

How can you get the file to automatically play once it opens in
quicktime viewer?
