Hello I've got a use that was using a previous version of MSoffice, I upgraded her to Office 2003 SP2, however since the upgrade she indicates that she is unable to open certain PPT files. Is there a backward compatibility > issue? Yes and no. This was a fairly common problem with the original release of Office 2003/PowerPoint, but the first Service Pack fixed it.
