When I use the "save as web page" option in Excel, it's trivial to save a single chart as its own page. When I update the chart, I just select "save as web page" and click on Republish. Nothing easier. I'm trying to do the same thing with PowerPoint, and it's not working. The "save as web page" main option stores every slide in one honking huge file. The Publish option lets me select a single chart, but I have to reset it manually every time if I have separate slides selected within one presentation. Questions: 1. Is there any easy way to save a single slide as a web page, such that it will save update easily without reentering file data? 2. Is there a way to set up single-slide files that link to the main file's slides, as a way of getting around this? It'd be easy to get the single-slide files to save as web pages the way I want. Again, thank you, Glenna, but as stated in my original post, it's a pain to track where each individual page occurs within the file, and to reset the defaults every time I save a slide - the defaults attach to the file and not to each individual slide as is done in Excel. I'm looking to save five slides to web pages and am hoping to delegate that task once I get it set up.
