Sorry for taking so long to reply.
Tks for the suggestion however it only does part of the job.  In Kiosk mode
you lose complete control of the presentation.  It's all automated and timed.
In "hyperlink only" mode you retain control on items such as "builds within
a slide".  The advantage is the ability to give the presenters some control
yet prevent them  from accidentally or deliberately clicking to the "next"
slide which may or may not be the correct one.
