Hi all. I created a hyperlink in my pps to a word document on my computer.  I
need to send this pps via email to others.  However, the linked word doc does
not open on their system (it can not locate the file in their documents and
fails to open).  How can I link this document so that it opens once the link
is selected by those who receives the email?

Put the Word file into the same folder as the PowerPoint file before
hyperlinking. Then attach the DOC and the PPS to the mail and have them save
both files to the same folder.

Best regards,
Ute
