I have a 52 slide presentation. My title slide will show up on my Mac but
not a PC. Does anyone know why this is?

If you want a specific answer, then you'll need to give us more details,
such as what is on the slide that is not showing up and what version you
are using on the Mac and the PC.

Basically my designer took an image from the cover and imported on the slide

Well, that is likely the problem. If the image was copied and pasted, it
is unlikely to work when moved to a PC. The image needs to be saved as a
file and then inserted with Insert > Picture > From File.
