First time playing with Smart Art and I'm stumped.  I'm trying to change a
shape in a hierarchy model that is pre-set to have a picture in it.  I would
like to put text in there instead of a picture.  Can anyone help?

Thanks!

If the placeholder is for a picture, it won't take text in that spot. You
will need to pick a different SmartArt type, one that either just takes text
or takes both pictures and text.
