I couldn't find a posted answer to my question.  I would like the footer to
show up on every slide but the first one.  My "Omit Background" is unchecked.
What next?  Thanks.

Now I can't get the footer to show up at all; however, I see the footer on
the slides to the left.  I changed the font color and it still doesn't show.

When you select footers, checkmark the box that says "Don't show on title slides"

Terry - you should set up two masters. 1 slide master and 1 title master
(View > Master > Slide Master). In Slide Master View you can adjust headers
and footers for each Master by going to View > Header & Footer.

Does that help?

I ended up having to just start over.  It worked the second time around -
weird.  Thanks for your help.
