I am using the 2007 Viewer with XP. Is it possible to capture and save
an individual frame from a .pps slide show and if so how?

AFAIK PrtScn/Alt+PrtScn still works quite well in that medium.

Print screen works well. I use the screen capture application SnagIt
(www.techsmith.com) for such situations (and many others).
