text added to slide looks live

I saw a presentation using the "CRAYON" background. When a line of text was
to added a "CRAYON" appeared and wrote the words. How is this done? I have
never seen this before.

This appeared to write over existing test. The one I saw looked like the
crayon was doing the writing.

Same concept, you'll need to experiment yourself with the animation options
available.
