Hi all,

I have inherited a powerpoint presentation and was asked to insert some new
slides.  After I put in the new slides and started viewing it in the slide
show mode, the slide show doesn't automatically advance where the new slides
are.  The old slides move along just fine.  I have tried to insert
transitions or animations to make the slide advance but to no avail.  In the
slide sorter view I can see a small icon on the old slides that I think
indicates that the slide will auto advance, but I haven't been able to put
whatever that icon is on my new slides.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Amy

When you set the slide transition, check off Advance Slide Automatically
After [insert time] in the Slide Transition Task Pane.
