Advancing through a slide forward and back.

This is an advanced powerpoint question.

By holding the Left mouse button down and moving the mouse forward, one can
move through the slide.  Like virtual reality. How is it done.  Is it by
zooming to the next picture. or alot of pictures. ie ( 1.  2 steps take
picture. 2, 2 steps again and take another picture. and on and on and on.

BTW, you usually just need to click the mouse.

I'm sorry, maybe I didn´t explain it correctly. I want to allow the user to
control where he goes in a picture, with the mouse.
