Hi,

I know when can use the animnation scheme for the emphasis animations.  Is
there a way to use the fly-in animation and apply it to several slides at
once?  I'm doing each slide separately and it is so time consuming.  Thank
you.

If you apply the animation to the text placeholder on the slide master (View
| Master | Slide Master), the animation will work on all slides based on
that master.

For the ones you don't want to animate, you can either create another slide
master for them, or you can use the technique described here:

Change animation effect for just a few slides out of a presentation
