I have a powerpoint presentation that creates a dynamic menu with hyperlinks
to other powerpoints. I am unable however to get a hyperlink to link from
this and immediately run a macro on presentation open.
Suggestions welcome...

A hyperlink can perform one action. It can open the link or execute the
macro. Open the presentation itself in the macro itself.

It really isn't clear exactly what you are trying to do. Do you mean you want
to hyperlink to a new presentation (2) and as the new presentation opens a
macro in presentation 2 runs?
