I have a lot of charts in a presentation... they're all embedded excel
worksheet & chart objects - the chart on one sheet, data on the second sheet.
I've applied a custom color theme and layout (using PowerPoint 2007), and it
all looks great until I need to re-edit any of the charts. As soon as I
double-click into the object it reverts back to one of the office default
color themes, and I have to manually choose the custom one I created again
once I've finished making changes....
Is there any way to avoid this happening?

How are you getting the charts into PPT?
