If you can't find a "live" class to suit you, I've found the Lynda.com
training to be very good.  Here is the link to their Powerpoint 2007

I've taken their training on Photoshop and Premiere and it's really good.
The downside is that you don't have the interaction of a class - but this is
such a great newsgroup that you could ask any questions here and have them
answered more quickly and more accurately than a typical trainer who might
have to "get back to you on that"!

There are several modules in this course you can download for free to see if
the style suits you.
