How do I add picture waterwash in powerpoint slides

I have a picture which I need to add the same in the master slide.  I want
the picture to show water washed.  I want to used the picture on all the
slides.

Watewash option is avlb in word and not in porwepoint.

Prabha,
You can do this in PowerPoint. Insert your picture, select it, go to Format
picture, on the picture tab next to color, click the listarrow and choose
wash.
