How do I set a movie on a slide and keep it plays ( Auto ) when I move from
slide to onther during the presentation ?

Ahmed,
Insert your video on slide 1, let it play automatically.
In the custom animation task pane double-click on the play item of the
video.
Click on the effects tab.
Next to stop playing after x-slides add a number at least the number of
slides in the presentation.
As the video is always on top be sure that no object is placed where the
movie is to play on other slides, and you should be alright.

A shameless plug,  PFCPro is an add-in for PowerPoint that allows you to
edit video clips directly in PowerPoint.  Once edited it will automatically
process the video and insert it in your presentation.  If you want to try it
and see if it meets your needs it has a free (fully functioning) two week
trial.  If you decide not to keep it, any presentations made during the
