The easiest way to do this is to have an autoshape circle with a wheel exit
animation (1 spoke). Set it to start with previous at the start of the
slide and to run for the time you want to wait. Then add an auto-transition
to the next slide and the countdown timer is done.
If you want to use count-down numbers, it is much harder and involves using
VBA.
