1.  I just installed microsoft Home & student about a month ago.  I had been
able to open emails with pps attachments and all at once I no longer can open
them. What might be the problem?

2. Also I went thru the diagnostics...under update diagnostic..a message
said "unable to access a required file.  It then tells how to fix it.  The
first instr says..."click the microsoft office button and then click access
options, excel options, power point options or word options".
When I click on the office button I simply get the standard new open save
close etc buttons. Can you give me an answer as to how to do this.  Thanks.

On the bottom of the 2007 Office Button dialog box (File, Save, etc.) is the
squarish Options button.
