microsoft 多媒體藝廊無法完成作業 0x8 000FFFF

When I try to use the Office Online to download the Clip Art for the
powerpoint, the microsoft 多媒體藝廊 have an error and show the error code
0x8000FFFF.
Anyone have idea about this ?
