How can I add a video to a Presentation?  Is it possible to have text-
headlines on the video slide as well?

Place the video in the same folder as the presentation is saved in. Make sure
that this folder has a short  path and is not buried deep in the file
structure.

2003/3 Insert > Movies & Sounds> Movie from File
2007 Insert > Movie

Yes you can have Titles too but they must not overlap the video.

You might want to read the video sections on our free help site at
PowerPoint Alchemy too
