When I close a PowerPoint presentation, I get the message "Microsoft Offer
PowerPoint has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for
the inconvenience." When I send the error reort, a window comes up and says
I can "get more information about preventing the problem in the future." So,
I click on that, and it says, "Download updates for an Epson Printer Driver.
This problem was caused by an Epson Printer Driver created by Epson. A
solution is available that will solve this problem. Go to Epson website to
learn more about the solution." I don't have an Epson printer and have not
installed an Epson Printer Drive. Epson keeps telling me to to the Epson
site and download the printer driver for my operating system. I have Windows
XP and cannot find anything in my hard drive that says I have an Epson driver
installked. Has anybody else experienced this problem, and, if so, how can I
fix it? I have a brand new computer and printer (HP), and would like to get
everything working properly. Thanks!
