how do I add music to my power point presetation?

I need to add sound or music to a power point presentation, may somebody else
to help me in this matter?

Click Insert > Movies and Sounds > Sound from file.
Look for the sound you want to insert.
Then click Insert.

If you want to have the sound play throughout the presentation, take a look
at:
"Play sounds across multiple slides (A WAV runs through it)"

PowerPoint 2003:
Insert -> Movies and Sounds -> Sound from File

PowerPoint 2007:
Insert -> Media Clips -> Sound -> Sound from File
