Hi,
Why not use a hyperlink or trigger? Are you trying to avoid a mouse click
for some particular reason?
Else, Insert| Object| Create from File| Browse to your presentation. Click
OK. Right click on the inserted object| Custom animation| Add Effect| Object
Action| Show. Then double click the animation entry, Timing tab| Triggers
button| Start effect on the click of.... and select your presentation
object. Then it will run when you click on it directly.

Hi,
By the way, if your shows are running, you can use <Alt + Tab> to switch
between them.

Hi
Thank you but I think I did not describe my problem enough.
I am running a slideshow with about 30 slides and where 6 of the slides are
hyperlinks to en Excel-document . That Exceldocument is on the local drive.
On another computer I have the same Exceldokument and there I do some
updtates, saves the file and then copy it to the computer with the running
slideshow. When an unvisible object is passing the mousepointer it starts a
macro that uptate all links in the slideshow. As you see the mouse is busy so
I want to use some type of key to start a program or a linik to another
document. That I would like to do at any time in the slideshow. I'm using
this during a hockeygame and when there is a goal I would like to press a
button and switch to something showing a flashing GOOAAL and if something
other happends I press another key something else happends.
