I want to print "centered" in Powerpoint, like in EXCEL.

Is there any way to center HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL for a print function within
Powerpoint, similar to EXCELs Print Setup?

It depends on your printers built-in margins, where the slide is placed. And
especially with inkjet printers, the margins can be very different. You
might try printing notes pages: In the notes master delete the text box,
enlarge the slide frame and place it such, that the margins of the printer
are compensated.
