I would love to see a view button added to the status bar for Notes View in
PowerPoint.  When I am creating a presentation where I am using notes, I
prefer to add those notes while in Notes Page View.  I also like to toggle
back and forth often between Notes Page View and Normal View.  Getting to
Normal View while in Notes Page View is easy.  (Double-clicking on the slide
or clicking on the Normal View button are the two methods I use most often.)
But I have yet to find more than one way to navigate from any view to Notes
View.  That is, in 2007, activate the View tab on the ribbon, then click on
the Notes Page tool in the Presentation Views group.  To me, that is
cumbersome at best.

An alternative would be to offer a keyboard shortcut.  This would be
beneficial in that while I'm on the Notes Page View my hands are likely to
already be on the keyboard because I'm typing text in the Notes area.

Easy to do.

Right click on "note page" in view ribbon, then click "add to Quick access
bar", and there ya go, one click switch back to note from any other view.

duh!  This has bugged me for several versions and I wasn't even thinking
about the Quick Access toolbar as I continued to whine about the problem.
Thank you, Shawn.

Wow just glad I could finally help someone instead of being the one asking
for help.

And if you want to keep hands on the keys:  Alt V P
(most of the old 2003 keyboard combos work in 2007)
