I have a problem with data presented on powerpoint.

I have to prepare slides by representing some names in coded numbers as the
names are sensitive. However, decision makers have right to view the name. as
such I have to prepared another set of slides with names.

Is there any way that powerpoint can enable me to prepare only one set of
slides ? Perhaps by encrypting the names and make it only accessible to
people who have the rights to view these names?

You can password protect entire presentations, but not just parts of a
presentation.

How much data do you have to work with?

Would it be practical to enter it in a spreadsheet like this:

Name1   Name2   Name3 ... NameXX
Numb1   Numb2   Numb3 ... NumbXX

If so, we have a commercial addin that could generate two presentations, one
with the names, one with the numbers, with the data merged into a kind of
"template" presentation from an external spreadsheet.

Have a look at http://www.pptools.com/merge/ for more info and a free fully
functional demo.  You can reach me via the contact link on any of the pages
there.  I'll be happy to help you set this up as a test, no charge/no
obligation.  It's an interesting project.

Hi, the problem is that I dont have a fixed template for my powerpoint slides
and the coded numbers are all over the place. As such I have to manually
search for them, match them to the master list and replace the coded numbers
with the names.

Appreciate it very much if someone could help me with this.
