how can set up my power point notes to be visible only to me?

I would like to have my speaker notes visible on my screen but not on the
conference room screen during my presentation

Assuming that your laptop can support multiple monitors (probably) then Slide
Show > set up show
Tick "Show presenter view"
Show on secondary monitor
