Every time we try to create a Photo Album in PowerPoint 2003, we get the message "PowerPoint has encountered a problem and needs to close". We have uninstalled and installed Office and also ran sfc /scannow with the same results. Has anyone encountered this problem? Have you tried running Help | Detect and Repair?
