How to turn presentation notes to spoken narration?

Hello,

Is it possible to turn the notes one uses under each slide to spoken
narration?

You can do this with programs like vox proxy. Just my opinion but to me they  
usually sound awful! If you need narration I would record it properly

Thank you John.

Yes, you are right. But this is not for the audience. It is for me to time
the talk and listen to it to judge about it. It would be nice to do it since
MS has already a speech system in place and teh notes are already there.
