problems with fixing template

I'm trying to design a slide template in PowerPoint 2003 that will appear as
a standard background for every slide in my presentation. I thought I had
managed it but when I have gone to 'new slide' it has only copied the
background colour and not the logos added at the bottom as pictures.
I thought i'd got round this by simply copying the slide and pasting them in
the outline tab. The problem arises when I want to select diffent text lay
outs that include options for images. These layouts automatically take the
logos that I need set at the bottom of the slide and enlarge them as the
picture.

I'm running out of time to get this sorted, can anybody help me?

Maybe if you explain the steps you took to try and create the template we'd
be able to help in a more focussed way.

Hi

As John says, I'm sure we can help if you tell us the steps you took to
create the template. In the meantime, this may help:
