I teach PowerPoint classes, and suddenly one day, when everyone opened their
Design Template task pane, all of the previews began to load very slowly - it
now takes approximately 15 minutes for all the thumbnail previews to show.
You can still apply the template by clicking on it but can't see them in the
task pane.  This never used to happen.  All of the computers have all of the
office and windows updates, and we are not on a network.  Has anyone else
encountered this or know of a way to fix it?  Please help!  Thanks in advance!

Thank you.  I'll give some of those a try.
