Count that advances once every 13 seconds for powerpoint

I need to create a counter that I can add to a powerpoint presentation.  I
would like the counter to advance by 1 every 13 seconds.  I need to use this
as a statistical counter.

No problem if the counter remains on the same slide.
- Create your counter (autoshape filled with black and white numbers, 00:00)
- Duplicate and update for maximum number (00:01, 00:02, etc)
= 13
- Animate all but the first with the following settings, Entrance = FADE,
Speed = FAST, Start = AFTER PREVIOUS, Tming Delay = 13 seconds
- Use align tools to perfectly stack all on top of each other (take note of
order for animation)
