Hi
I'm trying to print 2 A5-sized PowerPoint slides onto one A4 sheet for
printing.

I have the 'frame slides' option unticked in print options. However, there
is still a black line border around each slide. Is there any way to remove
this?

Thanks
Dan

Couple of questions?

Do you have a background shape on the master?
Does it have a border?
Are you printing in B&W?

Hi John

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I didn't mention it before, but the problem is
only when printing to PDF. Just tried going from PowerPoint straight to
printer and it prints 2 slides on one page with no slide borders fine.

So I forgot to mention my aim is to finish with a PDF, not a print-out
directly. I have the same problem whether I use PDF-maker or other program
like Primo PDF.

Any thoughts gratefully welcomed!

Regards, Dan

bit more info... tried converting a word document, works fine and there's no
border. Just when converting to PDF from PowerPoint.

Maybe I should take this query to a PDF foum... !

Check your AdobePDF (or Primo PDF) printer properties to make sure they're set to
Color and/or choose Color instead of the B/W options in the PPT Print dialog box.

Does that help?
