My neighbor uses Win XP and cannot open any File he receives with a PPS extension. He has downloaded and installed the Power Point Viewer. Same problem. Any help appreciated . Thanks. Its strange because up until recently, any pps file I received in an email would open simply by double clicking on it , now it tells me that I have to create a file association for them.
